Terms and Conditions
These terms and conditions are deemed to be accepted by our customer once the sales order has been signed and dated or on receipt of sales order by telephone, post, Website, E-mail etc.
Payment terms: Retail
Items are not sent until payment is received. Subject to availability we aim to send your product within 5 (working) days of receipt of payment unless otherwise agreed by both parties and subject to stock availability and at busy times of year such as Trade Fairs, (usually advertised on main page) Christmas and Holiday periods. Larger order values may also take longer. Please allow up to 7 working days to receive your purchases. We cannot be responsible to items lost or damaged in the post.
Website prices are retail only and products may vary from those in catalogue. All accounts and orders will be paid up-front by Proforma invoice. Settlement is strictly thirty days from date of our invoice (except trade shows). Orders are not processed until payment is received in full. At trade shows please make payment prior to the date you would like to receive your order. Orders take approx 1 week per £100. I will contact you near to the agreed time to discuss and confirm your delivery and requirements.
The current Minimum order for trade is £150. An order cannot be cancelled once it is placed either by agreement by telephone/email/fax or by written invoice. Please let me know when you place the order if you need it urgently or by a required date.
Customers who are interested in stocking Amber Marie Products for the first time please contact me to request a catalogue and price list.
To continue to be classed as a stockist a second order will need to be placed within 6 months of receipt of your previous order. Your company name and address will appear on the website as a stockist for 6 months from date of delivery. I have the right to supply a second outlet in your area if you have not placed a second order within this time period.
Purchases are sent by first class post. For orders over £32.00, Special Delivery is recommended. This costs £6.95 and is insured up to £500. We try our best to dispatch your goods within 1-5 days although larger orders may take longer. You will receive an email stating the estimated delivery date usually within 24 hours after payment. Please allow up to 10 days to receive your order over busy periods, as we cannot be responsible for postal delays. Subject to availability we endeavour to supply goods by the requested delivery date or the date as agreed at time of sale. At busy periods i.e. orders placed at trade shows may take longer this is to cover production time and the purchasing of relevant components and materials. Delivery of trade orders may take between 4-6 weeks from date of order this should be discussed at point of sale.

The leather products and the printed designs applied are designed and created by Amber Marie and are based on intellectual property rights. The design and construction of the remaining products are also subject to copyright I retain absolute copyright of these, actionable in law or any breaches thereof.
The majority of the leather items are hand-printed and crafted by myself in the UK. As the items are hand crafted there may be small variations in stitching etc. therefore for those products no two items are exactly the same. Each item is unique and may not be exactly identical to the product as shown in the promotional material. Components may vary. Due to suppliers selling out of materials, I may have to use alternative beads or components. The beads and components are not made by Amber Marie and are sourced in the UK and abroad. The leather peaople print items are designed by myself in the UK and made abroad. Items not made in-house are custom made to my design and specification. I try my best to match products. All sizes and dimensions are approximate.
Returns or cancellation
Trade and retail: An order cannot be cancelled once it is placed either by agreement by telephone/email/fax or by written invoice. Please let me know when you place the order if you need it urgently or by a required date. Returns are accepted if items are not as described or arrives faulty (not due to the way it has been handled during transit). We cannot accept returns of an order if a customer has changed their mind regarding their purchase. We cannot be responsible for items lost or damaged in the post. Please contact me within 7 days of receiving order to discuss the problems as stated and within reason I will be happy to give a replacement or a credit note. Trade Returns: All items returned to me damaged by fault in design or manufacture will be fixed and returned at no extra cost. If I am unable to fix the item and if it was purchased within 3 months I will offer a replacement of the same item.
Prices and Specification
We reserve the right to alter prices and specifications at any time. Prices are fixed each season however we possess the right to offer discounts and promotions.
Amber Marie respects your privacy and promises not to pass your details on to anyone else.
These terms and conditions are governed in respect by and in accordance with current English law and you accept the non- exclusive jurisdiction of the English Courts.
